Staying well during your PhD workshop – Friday 22nd January

 

Working on a PhD during a pandemic is probably not the easiest thing in the world to do.

Your usual hobbies or methods of unwinding may be inaccessible at the moment so you need to find alternative ways to cope.

The CRT programme has organised a wellness workshop for it’s PhD students to teach them new ways of dealing with any stress they may currently be under, and future stresses that may occur.

It will be running this Friday the 22nd of January and is open to all of our students.
