I graduated with a Bachelor degree in Applied Mathematics at Shantou University in 2019. My final project is about clustering analysis in stocks selection. I am interested in modeling, and participated in plenty of modeling or data mining competitions. Before I started my research on Genomics data science, I studied in Biomedical Genomics as a Master student in NUIG (2019-2020), trying to combine my knowledge of applied mathematics with Genomics. In my final project, I used network-based methods to solve drug-gene pairs problem. Now I start my research on predicting drug side effect based on machine learning methods (2020).
