I graduated from DCU with a BSc in Physics with Biomedical Sciences before undertaking an MSc in Computational Genomics at NUI Galway. My desire to study the physical and life sciences has not only been driven by curiosity but also by a willingness to seek challenging and fulfilling experiences. The Genomics Data Science CRT gives me the opportunity to combine my passion for problem-solving with my intention of making meaningful contributions to the fields of personalised and preventative medicine. Specifically, my interests lie in integrating clinical and genomics data as well as understanding the interaction between genomic variation and the environment. Outside of academics, I have a keen interest in athletics and endurance sports.
