I completed my master’s degree in biostatistics and bioinformatics at Acıbadem MAA University in 2021. During my graduate studies, I worked in a UK-based biotechnology company named Eternans Ltd. Working in Eternans equipped me with three years of extensive research experience ranging from wet-lab experiments to computational drug discovery pipelines. Currently, I am a member of Systems Biology Ireland in the UCD, predicting context-specific synthetic lethal interactions in cancer under the supervision of Dr. Colm Ryan. I have a major interest in applying machine learning to develop therapeutic targets in cancer.
