I have a BSc in Physics from the University of Kerala and an MSc in Bioinformatics from Mahatma Gandhi University. I did my internship at NCBS, Bangalore. During my final year project, I gained experience in various computational and experimental approaches in biology. During my studies, I got an opportunity to work as a Summer Research Fellow in JNCASR, Bangalore. I also received a fellowship from the Indian National Academy of Science to work in RGCB, Thiruvananthapuram. These research experiences shaped my motivation to pursue genomics further. I have a strong interest in Pharmacogenomics. My current research is to develop genomics-guided precision diagnosis and care for families with pulmonary fibrosis in Ireland.
