I completed a BA in Human Genetics at Trinity College Dublin in 2018. My BA thesis was on the expression correlation of duplicated genes- using expression levels and age to model the degree of divergence between duplicates as well as their distance within and between chromosomes.
Following this, I worked in the Clinical Trials industry within Regulatory Reporting, gaining insight on the challenges and shortcomings of clinical trial execution.
I am interested in research that contributes to improved predictive and personalised therapies for a variety of conditions. Outside of research, I enjoy reading fiction, painting and aerial hoop.
