I graduated from NUI Galway in 2021 with a BSc in Financial Mathematics and Economics. My research is focused on gene regulatory network construction from high-throughput time course data. This work will be applied to obstructive lung diseases such as cystic fibrosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease to better understand the genetic mechanisms underlying these diseases.
