A fantastic achievement and richly deserved! Shir did her PhD at the University of Galway under the supervision of Dara M Cannon and was co-supervised by Pilib Ó Broin. Her research project investigated Brain Structure-Function Connectivity Patterns in Bipolar Disorder.

hir will soon take up a postdoctoral position at the University of Bath to continue her work on brain disorders and we wish her the very best for an interesting and fulfilling career ahead, which we look forward to following with great interest and pride!
