The annual CRT student progress review presentations took place at the University of Galway on 29th and 30th May!
We were delighted to welcome CRT students to sunny Galway for 2 days of fantastic presentations. Students presented their research projects to their 3-member review panel and to their fellow students and it was an excellent opportunity for student to see the wide applications of genomics data science. It also gave students in the different partner institutions a chance to meet up, talk science and identify opportunities for learning new methodologies and get some useful feedback form their review panel. It was a full 2-day schedule with 3 sessions running in parallel with plenty of tea and coffee to maintain alertness!!
It’s fantastic to see how fast the students in each cohort are progressing and developing into the research leaders of tomorrow!
