Well done to Dr Rasha Shraim who passed her viva on 21st October!
Rasha worked under the supervision of Dr Lina Zgaga at Trinity College Dublin and her research project focused on “Sunshine Genomics: Gene-Environment Interaction Approach to Study Genomic Factors Associated with Skin Cancer and Vitamin D Status“.
Rasha plans to continue her work in her supervisors group for a year or so – we hear there may ne a Nature Communications paper in revision at the moment so best of luck to Rasha with that and for a fantastic career ahead of her!
