Following my Masters at UCD in Biomolecular Sciences, I worked in the area of population genomics. My current research work explores Rab proteins and their interacting network through high-content 3D image analysis of tumor spheroids. I also aim to integrate these cell-based experimental data with existing cancer -omics datasets highlighting potential expression patterns in Rab family contributing to disease progression.
