I have a background in both academia and industry. I graduated from Saint Petersburg State University. My Bachelor’s thesis was on the role of introns on mRNA stability. My Master’s was in the area of acid-sensing ion channel modulators. I worked as a research fellow in biopharmaceutics, and as a gene data analyst in a human genetics diagnostics company. Currently, I am working on cancer genetics and the integration of multi-omics data sets. I am passionate about genetic testing and improving existing bioinformatic techniques for healthcare.
